CWSU Operating Status

Overview

The CWSU Operating Status capability displays the current and scheduled operating status of Center Weather Service Units. The opening view displays a map of the 21 US ARTCCs with CWSU offices colored by operating status where green are operating normally, yellow are backed up by another office, and grey indicates being outside normal operating hours. Selecting a CWSU by clicking the corresponding polygons displays a Sunday through Saturday schedule of an individual office highlighted using the same colors and annoted by which office is operating services for the ARTCC.
