Widespread low MVFR/high IFR is expected through the night. The
exception will be at MGW and LBE which will see general VFR through
mid-morning. Light rain showers will overspread the region from the
southwest before dawn. All ports, except for FKL and DUJ are expected
to remain above freezing. Precipitation at FKL and DUJ may begin as a
mix of freezing rain and snow and then as temperatures rise, a mix of
rain and snow, before changing back to all snow by late morning.
Elsewhere, rain showers will provide MVFR vis restrictions as the
morning progresses and cigs will drop to a general IFR. An
improvement back to MVFR is expected at all ports, except FKL and DUJ
by late afternoon. FKL and DUJ will see restrictions with light snow
continue into the evening.
