    Restrictions will continue through a large portion of the day,
    mostly LIFR to IFR with fog and low cigs prior to 15Z. Surfacing
    heating should help improve cigs to MVFR this afternoon and
    early evening; confidence is higher for terminals west of PIT to
    see high MVFR cigs and potentially VFR.
    
    Probabilities increase early afternoon/late evening (mostly
    after 20Z) for rain showers to develop north of PIT to weak
    convergence. Precipitation will likely not be heavy enough to
    reduce visibility restrictions. Hi-Res model guidance suggest
    that rain chances diminish by 03Z Tuesday.
    
    MVFR to IFR conditions will likely redevelop early Tuesday due
    to remnant low-lvl moisture and nocturnal cooling.
