    12Z TAF discussion:
MVFR to LIFR flight categories continue to prevail at TAF sites
this morning, as a result of low ceilings and light rain
associated with a cold front dropping south through the region.
Ceilings are expected to improve to at least MVFR categories early
this afternoon, and will maintain as such through at least this
evening. However, overnight into early Sunday morning, the before
mentioned front will begin lifting back to the north across the
region. This will again cause ceilings to lower further, in
addition to causing light showers to begin developing across the
region as a disturbance aloft moves into the area from the west
after midnight. The development of patchy fog will also become
possible across southern portions of the area after midnight. All
of this will again result in a mix of MVFR-LIFR flight categories
by 12Z Sunday. Winds will be have a northerly component between
5-10 knots today, but will become southerly overnight in the wake
of the northward lifting warm front. /19/
