    Mainly IFR, with local LIFR conditions. Periods of mainly light
    snow, except rain mainly east of a KBOS- KPVD line. Ne winds 5
    to 10 knots but a bit gusty later across the Cape/Islands.
    
    Monday...Moderate Confidence.
    
    Low end MVFR to IFR ceilings persist. Steady precipitation
    probably exits the coast early Monday morning, but a few
    rain/snow showers may linger into the afternoon along the coast.
    N winds of 5 to 15 knots but breezy on the Cape/Islands with
    gusts of 20 to 30 knots.
