NOTE: The mostRecent constraint is applied after all other constraints have been applied to yield only one TAF. This single TAF corresponds to the most recent in the result set defined by the other constraints. Only one TAF is returned. This may not be used together with the mostRecentForEachStation constraint. This MUST be accompanied by a time range in the form of an hoursBeforeNow or startTime/endTime.
